Each product category comes with specific warranty coverage designed to give you peace of mind:

Mattresses

Warranty Period: 5–25 years

Covered:

Sagging greater than 3cm
Broken or protruding springs
Foam deterioration under normal use
Stitching and fabric defects

Not Covered:

Normal wear and comfort changes
Stains, burns, or physical damage
Use on unsuitable base

Beds & Frames

Warranty Period: 2–10 years

Covered:

Structural defects in woodwork
Metal frame breakage
Mechanism failures (storage beds)
Joint and assembly defects

Not Covered:

Cosmetic scratches or dents
Damage from misuse or overloading
Natural wood grain variations

Pillows & Accessories

Warranty Period: 1–3 years

Covered:

Material deterioration
Loss of shape (beyond normal)
Zipper and cover defects
Foam crumbling or hardening

Not Covered:

Normal compression over time
Washing damage
Stains or odour absorption

General Warranty Conditions

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all claims
The mattress must be used on an appropriate, supportive base or foundation
A mattress protector is strongly recommended to maintain warranty validity
The product must be used in a normal domestic environment
Warranty does not cover products used in commercial settings (hotels, rentals) unless purchased under our B2B programme

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide Evidence: Send clear photos showing the defect along with measurements if applicable
Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
Inspection: If needed, we'll arrange an in-home inspection at no cost to you
Resolution: Valid claims are resolved through repair, replacement, or credit within 7–10 business days
