Delivery Information

We offer free delivery and professional installation on all mattresses and bed frames across the UAE. Our trained delivery team will set up your new mattress, remove packaging, and ensure everything is perfect before they leave.

Delivery Coverage & Timeframes

What to Expect on Delivery Day

• Our team will call you 30–60 minutes before arrival
• Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Saturday–Thursday)
• We'll carry the mattress to your desired room
• Professional setup and removal of all packaging
• Old mattress removal available upon request (AED 100)

Returns Policy

We want you to love your new mattress. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our returns policy has you covered:

Hassle-Free Returns

All mattresses come with a hassle-free return policy. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If after the trial period you're not satisfied, contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

• The mattress must be in a clean, undamaged condition
• Original tags and labels must be intact
• A mattress protector must have been used (we recommend purchasing one with your mattress)
• Returns must be initiated within the hassle-free returns period
• Custom-sized or bespoke mattresses are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will schedule a convenient pickup date
4. Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Bank Transfer: Refund via bank transfer within 10–14 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (bank details required)

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns. A collection fee of AED 150 may apply for returns within the trial period.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your mattress for a different model, size, or firmness level:

• Exchanges can be arranged within the hassle-free returns period
• The replacement mattress will be delivered when we collect the original
• Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
• Each order is eligible for one exchange
