These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mattress Dubai website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Product descriptions and images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
• Products are subject to availability — we will notify you if an item is out of stock

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery
• For cash on delivery orders, the full amount is due upon delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

4. Delivery Terms

• Free delivery is available across all 7 Emirates in the UAE
• Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days for major cities and 3–5 days for remote areas
• Delivery is available Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• A valid phone number and delivery address must be provided
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply

5. Returns & Refunds

• Mattresses may be returned within the return period
• Items must be in clean, undamaged condition with original tags intact
• A mattress protector must have been used throughout the trial period
• Custom-sized or bespoke products are non-returnable
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
• A collection fee of AED 150 may apply for returns within the trial period

6. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage includes:

• Mattresses: 5–25 years covering sagging (>3cm), broken springs, and foam deterioration
• Bed Frames: 2–10 years covering structural defects in wood, metal, and mechanisms
• Pillows & Toppers: 1–3 years covering material defects

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including comfort preference changes
• Damage caused by misuse, stains, or improper handling
• Use of the product on an unsuitable base or foundation
• Products purchased from unauthorised retailers

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Mattress Dubai and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
